Clouded Leopards Threatened
Clouded leopards live throughout Southeast Asia, from the Himalayan foothills in the west to southern China in the north and east, and extend south, in the form of the Sunda species, into the islands of Borneo and Sumatra. While they are one of Asia’s widest ranging and most charismatic wild cats, they're also one of the continent's most threatened.
First-Ever Clouded Leopard Documentary
Holtzman Wildlife Foundation is considering a grant to Oxford University’s Wildlife Conservation Research Unit in the Department of Zoology to support the production of a film about the clouded leopard of Borneo.
The proposed film will be the first documentary about the wild clouded leopard. The goal of the film is to promote the protection of this endangered wild cat.
