Holtzman Wildlife Foundation granted $50,000 to Bushlife Conservancy to prevent the poaching of endangered species.

Preventing Poaching in Zimbabwe

The poaching of endangered species in and near Zimbabwe's Mana Pools National Park has been growing in recent years. Some of this poaching has led to the poisoning of the Park’s resident Painted Dogs population. The Foundation made a grant to Bushlife Conservancy to establish a permanent monitoring base near the park border to prevent the poaching of endangered species in the region.
